Tatung STB will equip with the latest 5GHz 802.11n wireless solution or 320Mbps HomePNA to provide reliable networking and distribution of multimedia entertainment content throughout the home over coaxial cables, phone lines, or wirelessly. Tatung latest STB provides a breakthrough platform enabling the residence-wide distribution and networking of Triple Play services and multimedia content. The embedded HomePNA solution can establishes a high-speed, QoS, Plug-and-Play, "no new wires" transmission network over existing, in-house coaxial and/or telephone wires at an incredible 320Mbps rate while saving the overall cost than ever. In addition, the latest STB can also have option for 802.11n wireless home networking. The product is specifically designed for the delivery of HD IPTV content over wireless LAN.
